Handling Administrative tasks as well as reconcile orders/shipment and invoices.

 

· Manage inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
· Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
· Collaborate with other departments for timely order fulfilment.
· Oversee stock counts in each of the warehouses and ensure timeous conclusions of each
of them.
· Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers based on orders and delivery records.
· Review sales orders and contracts to ensure billing accuracy.
· Maintain records of invoicing activities and payments.
· Reconcile discrepancies between orders, shipments, and invoices.
· Communicate with customers regarding invoicing queries and payment status.
