We are looking for an 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐤 to join our Grand Baie office. This role is key to ensuring the precision and professionalism that define our brand. Contribute to a team that values expertise, dedication, and a commitment to excellence in luxury real estate.

 

  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts in the accounting system. 
  • Enter supplier invoices into the system. 
  • Follow up on payments with the commercial assistants of each branch. 
  • Assist with bank reconciliation and financial record-keeping. 
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. 
  • File and archive documents. 
  • Assist in the reconciliation of account statements. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. 
  • Provide general administrative support, including handling emails and phone calls. 
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents. 
  • Coordinate office supplies, logistics, and procurement. 
  • Manage leads, their assignment, and consultants' schedules. 
  • Assist consultants with all local and international sales (KYC, EDB).
