We are looking for highly capable individuals, with a can-do attitude to join our Admin Support Team. With the various processes on our team, Atalian Interactive Ltd is currently looking for:
Admin Support Officer: HR Support Process
- Provide generalist HR advice across all aspects of employee relations including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, absence, and TUPE, to ultimately minimise legal and employment-related risks to the business.
- Monitoring long term absence for a designated caseload; submitting and managing occupational health referrals, i.e., Supporting management and colleagues through the long-term sick cycle.
- Business leaders support. Provides analytical support to HR Team and business partners in the area of HR management
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritising workload accordingly.
Admin Support Officer: Purchasing Process
- Responsible for Group wide purchasing tasks, such as ordering supplies & equipment, co-ordinating ad-hoc purchases
- Generate Virtual Credit Cards to make purchases
- Sourcing of goods - (Source products from approved suppliers).
- Raise Purchase orders
- Responsibility to order all Stationeries
- Machinery orders & Repairs – (Request quote/ Order new machines / Hire & Repairs of machines)
- Catering Queries & Mobilisations – (Account set up & Closure, adding product to contract list and other catering queries)
- Chemicals – ( Account set up, Raise PO to make order, adding product to contract list)
- Liaise with our operations team to coordinate prompt and effective resolution of operational issues.
Selected candidates will be assigned to a particular process based upon their experience and qualifications.
