Neutratech Mauritius is seeking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin&Finance Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will primarily handle accounts functions and admin for immediate employment. Just send your CV or call us on 52742400

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable, including reviewing and entering invoices into the system.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payments to suppliers, and other creditors.
  • Record daily financial activities such as receipts, and payments into an accounting system.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure that records match the bank statements.
  •  To follow up with Rogers,Cim and Office Plan 
  • Maintain accurate and organized physical records of all financial transactions.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues and discrepancies.
  • Assist the Head of Finance in daily Operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and bank reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software & Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A basic understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • A relevant qualification in Accounting is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure
