Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage and supervise the accounts payable team, providing guidance and support.
• Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations in a timely manner.
• Monitor and manage vendor accounts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely payments.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent errors and fraud.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to streamline payment processes.
• Prepare financial reports related to accounts payable and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Assist in audits by providing relevant financial data and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
