Accounts Clerk

 

Responsibilities

  • Input of data on accounting system – SAP.
  • Involved in Costing and Invoicing.
  • Issue of Good Receive Note/Delivery note.
  • Update of Costing on system.
  • VAT upload.
  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Good filling of documents.
  • Assist the team with any other duties.

 

Knowledge and Skills Requirement

  • Good HSC with Mathematics and Accounting.
  • ACCA Level1 will be an advantage.
  • Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills.
  • Good Word and Excel use.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good team player and independent problem solver.
  • Strong computer skills.

Must be regular at work.
