We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented financial professional with a passion for numbers to join our team as Accounting Team Leader to lead our Accounting team and drive our financial success!

Location: Beau Plan Business Park

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting across offices.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements across offices overseas.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Lead and mentor the accounting department.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance management.

- Strong knowledge of accounting software (SAGE Evolution will be an advantage) and MS   Excel.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and communication abilities.

- Candidates residing in Pamplemousses, Port Louis, Beau Bassin and Quatre Bornes will be given preferences.
