Are you skilled in managing accounts receivable and ensuring accurate financial transactions? Join our dynamic Finance Shared Services team at Eclosia Group as an Account Receivable Analyst / Bank Reconciliation Analyst. In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless management of accounts receivable and accurate reconciliation of bank transactions. Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor, review, and process customer payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in recording. Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding balances
Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and discrepancies are promptly resolved.
•Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies, unapplied payments, and other related issues in a timely and professional manner.
•Reporting: Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and reconciliation outcomes to assist in financial decision-making.
•Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, company policies, and accounting standards in all accounts receivable and reconciliation activities.
•Process Improvement: Identify and propose opportunities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounts receivable and reconciliation processes.
Profile :

•Diploma in Accounting & Finance would be a plus or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable role.
•Critical thinking on defined processes
•Rigorous, structured, disciplined, and meticulous in all tasks.
•Good knowledge of accounting software
•Proficient in data entry and management
•Good communications skills while dealing with clients and suppliers
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Outstanding organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
