AI Specialist - Microsoft CoPilot & Copilot Studio Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Specialist with proven expertise in Microsoft CoPilot and Copilot Studio to join our dynamic team based in Mauritius.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing AI-driven solutions, with a specific focus on Microsoft’s AI products. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI models, leveraging Microsoft’s Copilot suite to optimize business processes and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and integrate Microsoft CoPilot solutions tailored to business needs.
• Utilize Copilot Studio to design and implement AI-driven tools that improve efficiency and decision-making across various departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Monitor and fine-tune AI models to ensure performance and accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Microsoft’s Copilot ecosystem to ensure the company remains at the cutting edge of technology.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams for successful adoption of CoPilot features.
• Work on data analysis and natural language processing tasks to enhance automation capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any AI-related technical issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in AI, with a focus on Microsoft CoPilot and Copilot Studio.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and natural language processing.
• Hands-on experience with AI development platforms, including Microsoft Azure AI, Power Platform, and other AI-related tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and AI solution deployment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certifications in AI or related areas (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate).
• Experience with automation and workflow tools within Microsoft’s ecosystem.
• Familiarity with business applications such as Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
