MSC (Mauritius) Ltd is looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our team for immediate employment as Administration Clerk.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the reception desk and assist in managing security protocols for access to the office.
  • Maintain a register of visitors.
  • Provide administrative support
  • Record and maintain employee time and attendance data.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure timely stock replenishment.
  • Assist in organizing welfare activities and events.
  • Ensure proper management of archives

 Profile and Qualifications

  • Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent
  • Proven experience in administrative roles will be an advantage.
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
