Key Responsibilities
- Operate the reception desk and assist in managing security protocols for access to the office.
- Maintain a register of visitors.
- Provide administrative support
- Record and maintain employee time and attendance data.
- Manage office supplies and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Assist in organizing welfare activities and events.
- Ensure proper management of archives
Profile and Qualifications
- Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent
- Proven experience in administrative roles will be an advantage.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
