Accounts receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts
Secure revenue by ensuring timely collection of payments and decreasing risk of uncollectible
• Ensure all charges and payments are posted to the correct ledger
• Generate invoices and account statements
• Perform account reconciliations
• Investigate and resolve any irregularities and discrepancies
KEY COMPETENCIES
• Higher School Certifcate (HSC) plus minimum diploma in accountancy
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in hospitality
• Detailed knowledge of working practices of Accounts
• Detail oriented with good organizational and time management skills
