The key purpose of this role will be responsible for demand aggregation and planning duties for inbound materials into ABInBev Breweries.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities: • Aggregation of demand per country per SKU for inbound materials as part of a demand planning function. • High-level review and sense checking of demand from country. • Dissemination of 13 weeks rolling forecasts to inbound suppliers. • Review historical order demands, research demand drivers and prepare forecast data. • Maintain alignment with Central Planning at zone on key materials for which there may be production constraints. • Generate reports on planning accuracy vs actual demand. • Accountable for the volumes & updating suppliers of inbound materials with forecasts. • Ensure that stakeholders are informed on demand projections to facilitate sourcing strategies, including NPD. • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner. • Co-ordinate weekly planning meetings with Zone Planning, Country Planning & MUBEX. • Maintain strong engagement and working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders. • Prepare PR’s for inbound materials within IBIS, maintain CFP adherence, for quick turnaround regarding PR-PFI-PO. • Ensure compliance to MOQ’s and EOQ’s and deliver value on freight optimization.

Minimum Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in supply chain, procurement, logistics or equivalent (CIPS/CILT). • At least 2 years of procurement experience. • Good performance track record
