Resolvable is hiring remote customer service agents for an 18-week contract starting 7th May 2025. Evening shifts, 40 hrs/week, weekends required. No experience needed. Salary MUR 21,000–30,000 + benefits. Apply by 4th May.
Please note that this is an 18-week contract running from May 2025 until Septemeber 2025, with the potential for permanent employment.
Shift overview:
Starting: Wednesday, May 7th
Working Week: Monday to Sunday
Weekend Requirement: Minimum of 2 weekends per month
Total hours 40-hours per week.
Shifts: 8 hour shift starting between 4pm and 6pm
Shift 1: 3pm to midnight
Shift 2: 5pm to 02:00am
You will rotate between the two shifts, and your two days off will vary weekly.
Responsibilities:
Interact with clients and customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Qualifications:
Experience in a previous customer service role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
