Application Support Consultant 📍 Location: Grand Bay 📅 Employment Type: Full-Time

• Consulting and Business Analysis (MOA): Specializing in support, training, and change management.
• Technical Integration: Handling configuration, customization, and application development.

As part of our ECM team, you will help clients develop, customize, and maintain their ECM applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients and project management teams.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with ECM applications.
• Develop change requests and bug fixes (configuration and IDE-based development).
• Generate and maintain support activity reports.
• Deploy new application releases.
• Work occasionally outside regular hours, with primary hours being 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM on weekdays.
