Unified Communications Service Transition Manager

• Key Responsibilites

• coordinating the delivery chain : IS chain for B2Gaas & Video; NS chain for Voice, B2Gaas and Video; OCB chain for Messaging; ESC/SEC for messaging; ESC implementation experts for all products)

• requesting to technical experts the configuration of  infrastructure Data centers for Messaging core services, platforms and equipments for Voice, Video and B2Gaas services

• supervising the internal Service Acceptance Test session

• being the point of contact for customer during his own User Acceptance Tests; organizing tests with customer for Voice, Video and B2Gaas products.

• handing over to operations, with support of Hand over Manager for Messaging, B2Gaas & Video product

• handing over to customer for Voice, Video and B2Gaas services.

• communicating the progress and status of project towards the customer or via the CSO PM if a CSO PM is present

• Requirements:

• Degree in telecommunications field ( Engineering )

• 2 – 5 years experience in the specified local Messaging or Telephony area

• 3 -5 years experience minimum in project management

• Customer Service and Messaging or Telephony experience, highly desirable

• Previous involvement in Implementation projects is a must, preffered Messaging or telephony Area

•  Past  experience in a similar post will be a definite advantage
