Key Responsibilites
coordinating the delivery chain : IS chain for B2Gaas & Video; NS chain for Voice, B2Gaas and Video; OCB chain for Messaging; ESC/SEC for messaging; ESC implementation experts for all products)
requesting to technical experts the configuration of infrastructure Data centers for Messaging core services, platforms and equipments for Voice, Video and B2Gaas services
supervising the internal Service Acceptance Test session
being the point of contact for customer during his own User Acceptance Tests; organizing tests with customer for Voice, Video and B2Gaas products.
handing over to operations, with support of Hand over Manager for Messaging, B2Gaas & Video product
handing over to customer for Voice, Video and B2Gaas services.
communicating the progress and status of project towards the customer or via the CSO PM if a CSO PM is present
Requirements:
Degree in telecommunications field ( Engineering )
2 – 5 years experience in the specified local Messaging or Telephony area
3 -5 years experience minimum in project management
Customer Service and Messaging or Telephony experience, highly desirable
Previous involvement in Implementation projects is a must, preffered Messaging or telephony Area
Past experience in a similar post will be a definite advantage
