The People Development MSC Trainer has the responsibility to teach technical skills to Orange Business Services employees in an MSC. The objective is to support current and evolving business needs while ensuring alignment with the Essentials 2020 and PD&L strategies
Your mission will be to act as Level 1 support for operational team, providing different dashboards and data to them or the management if and when needed. Another primordial aspect of your job will be to automate routine tasks using a variety of tools and data sources.
