Trainee Accounts Officer (Fixed Term Contract – 6 months)

We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team at HF Markets Limited. *No prior experience is required*

Your role at HF Markets:

• Process payments to suppliers and service providers.
• Cross-check invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
• Post all transactions into the system in a timely and accurately.
• Perform banks and gateways reconciliation.
• Report high exposures and take action to mitigate risk with payment providers.
• Liaise with various local authorities and banks as and when required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Accountant and Financial Controller.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Graduate applications are welcome.
• Knowledge of Sage Pastel Accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, oral and written.
• Fluency in French, oral and written, would be considered an advantage.
