We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Communications Manager to join our Major Service Center of over 2000 experts delivering IT and Telecom solutions for worldwide customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about a career within a dedicated communications team, at a time of fast transformation for the business. You will support the team with the delivery of all priorities, aligned to our vision, whilst managing our specific communications and corporate events.

Working in the Internal Communications Team is a great opportunity for someone to work with lots of different areas and people in the business, at a time when keeping colleagues excited and engaged with what's going on, has never been more important.

In close relation with Orange Business communication community and local management teams, ensure internal/external multi-channels communication, organize events, encourage digital ways of collaborating and ensure transversal support.

As Senior Digital Communications Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Set up, implement, and support communication strategy and actions for Orange Business Services Mauritius using multimedia channel and digital tools (E-newsletter, external/internal social networks, video content, etc.)
  • Support department communication actions and animate communication relays
  • Support external communication strategy and actions to develop locally Orange Brand and to ease external recruitment
  • Propose, develop and encourage digital ways of collaborating to improve effectiveness and Orange values diffusion
  • Organize and/or support Orange Business Services events (celebration, end of year parties, team buildings, job fairs...)
  • Support Orange Business transversal communication actions and contribute to the communication community
  • Participate actively to the Orange Business Services Mauritius board

 

 

 

The ideal profile:

 

  • Owner of a Master in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration with at least 5 years' experience in handling business communication/marketing at corporate level
  • Open to digital world with experience in multimedia and digital communication tools (picture, audio, video, content design, Emailing, Social Networks, surveys,...)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (French and English) and interpersonal skills to influence and challenge at a high level (VIP, press corps)
  • Capacity to organise events using project management, network community management, budget management and negotiation skills
