Sales Coordinator (Administration)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Understand and respond promptly and efficiently to customer needs and requirements.
  • Open and invoice of Service Orders daily.
  • Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations.
  • Raise consignment order and issue invoice to consignee.
  • Liaise with supplier and freight forwarders.
  • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or surplus.
  • Negotiate with supplier for best deal prior to issuance of Purchase Orders.
  • Timely submission of tender and all other related documents with all relevant information being uploaded on ERP.
  • Any other cognate duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.

Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:

  • Holder of a Higher School Certificate.
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services for customer satisfaction.
  • Good verbal and written communication in both English and French.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Time management to be able to manage and communicate a daily planning and record progress.
  • Good problem solving and organisational skills.
