The ideal candidate will be liable to process payroll, reconcile payroll related information. Perform daily payroll operations, including reconciling payroll prior to transmission and validating of reports. Load import files for preparation of KPIs, CTCs and Audit .
Main Responsibilities:
·Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
·Undertaking required reporting of both internal and statutory
·Payroll administration, preparation of pay slips and distribution
·Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
·Protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential
·Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
·Perform Headcount, Payroll Audits, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Cost to Company (CTC) reports
·Perform payroll of all necessary details regarding newcomers, termination of employment, suspension amongst others
·Prepare, provide, compile and upload of monthly reports for the Finance Department ( MNS, PAYE, reconciliation workings etc)
Key Requirements for the post :
·Have at least 3-5 years work experience as Payroll Officer
·Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management will be an advantage
·Excellent knowledge of Sicorax HR & Sicorax Payroll is compulsory
·Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills in English and French
·Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
·Organizational, multi – tasking and prioritizing skills
·Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
·Strong IT skills
·Strong work ethic and team player
