Operations Team Member

Chronopost is looking for an Operations Team Member to support express and domestic operations to achieve its objectives in line with quality standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

➢ Communicate with customers to arrange and deliver shipments on time

➢ Coordinate with customers for address, delivery locations, and troubleshooting and update systems regularly

➢ Consolidate, scan and generate report for shipments with bad address and undelivered deliveries from ground operations

➢ Compute and tally actual run sheet against physical shipment to minimize any deviations

Qualifications & Experience

● SC as minimum academic level

● At least one year experience in a similar position

Other Requisites

● Computer literate with experience to work with courier ERP systems

● Driving license would be an advantage

● Good communication skills in English and French (written and spoken)
