Network Security Engineer

Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the IT sector, is looking for a Network Security Engineer.

Our client, in the IT sector, is looking for a Network Security Engineer.

The successful candidate will be responsible to provide remediation support to customers through the design, implementation and integration of network infrastructure and information security control.

Main responsibilities:

• To assist the security analysts with customer projects.
• To assist the Manager with the design of network architecture.
• To configure and implement enterprise network architecture and support controls according to specification, and to provide internal technical support.
• Administration of Security network and applications.
• Security change implementations, and upgrades.

Qualification:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Certification in Security & Networking from Recognized Institution such Cisco & Juniper or Equivalent
• CCNA, CCNP or CCSP or Equivalent
• Proven past experience from (worked for) solution provider, system integrator or value added reseller
• Knowledge and experience with VoIP (Cisco, Avaya etc.) will be a definite advantage

Candidate profile:

• Three/Four years’ extensive experience in Tiered Security and Networking Architecture Solution
• Routing & Switching Solution
• Cisco / Juniper / Security Solution / Checkpoint / Fortigate / Palo Alto Etc
• Security with regards to VoiP /WLAN

Proven and extensive experience in:

• Conceptualization, Design, Planning, Implementation and Configuration of solutions
• Security and Network Audit
• Optimization
• Testing and Troubleshooting
• Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessment
• Business Continuity Planning
• Project Management
• Lead team of technicians
