We are currently looking for an experienced HR Executive for one of our client.
Your Responsibilities:
- Dealing with all HR issues from A to Z;
- Responsible for all HR matters of the company reporting to the MD;
- Ability to handle disciplinary issues and well versed with employment law and remuneration orders;
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures;
Your Profile:
- Degree in HRM or equivalent;
- At least 4-5 years work experience in the HR field as generalist;
- Strong business acumen to add value in the operations of the company since the person will be in management meetings;
- Well versed with Microsoft office (Excel, Word and powerpoint);
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
