Development Manager

BOG is currently looking for a Development Manager to support its commercial and residential property development pipeline with total project value of c.Rs.150 million and a land bank of c.10 acres

• Selected candidate will have full autonomy to implement ideas and best practices to build the real estate backbone of the company with flexibility that a startup can provide.
• Proactiveness, and top-notch planning and communication skills more important than shiny CV's.

• Core Competencies:
• Degree in construction project management, engineering (ideally structural engineering) or architecture
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in the construction industry, ideally within a project management consultancy firm

• Soft Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to draft effective communication (emails, letters, memos, instructions)
• Courteous and respectful with an upkeep of a professional appearance required
• Excellent attention to detail with high level of accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Excel and Outlook) and Project Management software

• Job Modalities
• Work from home flexibility will be provided, with the role to be almost fully remote in the initial months
• Candidate should have a valid driving license for movement for ad-hoc, on-site duties and liaison with consultants, regulatory authorities and clients
