Customer Service Agent

 

Main Duties

  • Respond and satisfy customer requests through the company's various contact channels (telephone, mail, email, etc.)

  • Identify the need, inform, advise the customer and propose adapted solutions

  • Redirect to a second level of service provision

  • Apply the business processes and tools specific to the company regarding courier tracking

  • Accompany the customer on the use of Chronopost tools

  • Contribute to customer loyalty through his speech and his posture

  • Act as the ambassador and promoter of the brand

 

 

 Qualifications & Experience

  • SC holder or any equivalent qualifications

  • At least one year experience in a Customer Service or relevant position

  • Excellent spoken and written french and english

 

 

Other Requisites

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively

  • Telephone etiquette competencies will be a definite advantage 

  • A professional and outgoing demeanor


Working Hours

> 08:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday and 08:00 - 13:00 on Saturdays
