Communication Intern

To support the Communication Team in the day-to-day operation and ongoing projects of the EcoVadis global offices.

In this position, you are expected to provide your support to the Communication Team in the day-to-day operation and ongoing projects of the EcoVadis global offices. Your challenge will be to work in an international context and interact with our worldwide team on a daily basis. Based on pro-activeness and competences, projects ownership may be assigned to you.

Your responsibilities will include (without being limited to):

• Assist the Direct Line Manager to design and produce creative materials.
• Propose and implement new ideas and concepts to add value to internal communication.
• Support internal departments for all visual representations.
• Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders on project requirements.
• Participate and assist in organisation of initiatives supported by the Management.
• Maintain good professional relationship with local media.
• Coordinate queries with suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to promote & strengthen the company’s image both internally & externally.
• Create and maintain graphics for social media and websites.

Qualifications

• Fresh University Graduate (including those waiting for their results) in Communication Studies, or Graphic Design. Diploma holders will also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of principles of graphic design is a must.
• Advanced notion of graphic design software and photography will be a definite advantage.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English and French, both oral and written is compulsory. Additional language(s) will be an edge.
• Outgoing personality and ability to maintain an excellent working relationship with all employees.
• Reliable and autonomous with team spirit attitude

Other information:

• 1 year internship contract, candidates should preferably be YEP/ISDP eligible.
• Full coaching will be provided in line with the company graphic charter and graphic design tools depending on candidate profile.
