Commercial Advisor

Leal & Co Ltd is actually looking for a Commercial Advisor in its Parts Tire Department.

Main Functions:

- Responsible to ensure that clear and exact infomation are collected from customer
  and processed on the system within the shortest delay.

- Responsible to monitor and ensure that timely communication is maintained with
  customers.

Main Responsibilities:

-To deal calmly, patiently and courteously with all customers

-To organise and perform a personalised reception of customer vehicle

-To maintain a systematic follow up of customer vehicles undergoing repairs and ensure that any quotes for additional repairs are efficiently and accurately communicated to customers

-To perform an efficient and professional handing over of vehicle

-To deal with customers complaints without delay and set priorities accordingly

-To communicate and promote the After Sales Service Packages with customers

Skills:

-Outgoing Personality

-Strong Sense of Customer Service

Qualifications:

-At least HSC

-Certificate in Sales/Marketing/Customer Service or any relevant qualification

-At least 3 years experience in a similar environment

-A Driving License (Automatic and Manual) is a must
