Job Description:
- Work under the responsibility of the Chief Customer Support Officer
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
- Participate in meetings with customers using electronic tools
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to maintain quality of service
- Perform customer verifications before delivery of products
- Manage customers' accounts and databases
- Keep up to date records of customer details
- Prepare, analyse and distribute customer activity reports
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Use existing tools to monitor progression of customers
- Support Chief Customer Support Officers in their role as cultural leaders in the transformation journey
- Facilitate working together across the silos instead of separately within them
Requirements:
- Diploma Holder
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (both verbal and written)
- Good analytical skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft tools
- Be able to work in a team
