Responsibilities:

• Define strategies and set clear short term and long-term objectives. Once objectives are validated by the Management, it will be the responsibility of the Center Manager to implement within the defined deadline;
• Define the annual budget according to the strategic plan and implement the action plan to achieve the financial objectives and improve the NOI;
• Manage positive relationship with customer throughout their lease contract period;
• Maintain overall center responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/ statutory and regulations.
• To delegate authority and responsibilities to team with supervision, accountability and review;
• To manage, coordinate efforts and guarantee the performance of all departments; Administration, Maintenance, Facilities, Marketing and Place making & Leasing within the established budget;
• To be in conformity with the core values of Max City Group and guarantee a strong image towards our stakeholders;
• To guarantee professional ethics in the company;
• To ensure ongoing upgrading in company procedures and protocols according to current needs and objectives;
• Ensure weekly reporting of the activities and the health record of La Croisette to both the Team and Management.
