The job incumbent shall be responsible to plan and organize activities of the department and resources effectively and efficiently, with the objective of providing customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in sustaining Business Development to:
- Develop new/existing customer base and establish business relationships ;
- Contribute effectively to the strategic and operational planning and growth of the Business Unit;
- Evaluate business ideas;
- Negotiate business opportunities and close deals;
- Work towards the achievement of budgeted sales targets;
- Analyze market trends and build market intelligence;
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and/or a combination of Business & Information;
- 3 years or more in a similar position
- Good written and spoken command of French and English;
Required Knowledge:
- Ability to engage, discuss, negotiate and present to C-Level Executives
- Capability of supervising projects
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently or within a team
