We are looking for a Brokerage Officer who is able to work on a 24/5 rota basis, on the below shifts: Shifts: 8:30am-5:00pm, 4:30pm-01:00am, 00:30am-6:30am

We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Brokerage Officer (24/5 Shift Rotation) to join our dynamic team at HF Markets.

Your role at HF Markets:

Monitor the functioning of all trading systems and platforms.
Monitor our spreads and its competitiveness on a daily basis.
Assist clients with queries regarding trading and the instruments available for use by the client.
Monitor the flow of transactions of all HF Markets clients.
Monitor activity in world markets on a continuous basis.
Highlight critical markets events that have the potential to considerably move market prices.
Investigate and resolves client complaints and requests regarding trading.
Investigate irregular transactions of clients.
Monitor competitors and their reactions to major market events.
Create analysis reports related to client trading activity on demand.
Monitor clients funding methods.

What You Bring:

University Degree in Economics/Finance/Statistics or similar
Graduate applications are welcome.
Fluency in English - an extra language would be considered an advantage.
Has strong analytical skills and can work under pressure.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work shifts (Monday – Friday 24 hours on rotation).
