Assistant Revenue Assurance Analyst (Contractual)

To perform all reconciliations related to Controls and ensure that there is no revenue loss.

• Qualification: Degree in IT

• Key duties and responsibilities

  • Implement, update, automate and monitor controls related to rate, rating, network, reporting and traffic assurance

  • Contribute towards identification, quantification and reporting of revenue leakages and also provide viable recommendations for containment

  • Carry out audits and investigations related to revenue leakages

  • Carry out peer review of end-to-end controls to evaluate their effectiveness

  • To act as a back-up for other team members
