- Support the functional use of Analytics reports and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science with at least 3 years of experience

- Fluent in English and French

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills

- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and database modeling

- Knowledge of Java (preferred)

- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

- Self-motivated, autonomous, and a team player
