Job Description
Sofitel Mauritius L'Impérial Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic and motivated Learning & Development Coordinator to support the learning, development, quality, and training initiatives of the hotel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training programmes, onboarding and induction activities, maintaining training records, liaising with external training providers, supporting HRDC applications, and ensuring compliance with Accor and Sofitel training standards. The role also supports quality audits, guest satisfaction improvement initiatives, and the implementation of various quality management systems.
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Management, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Training, Learning & Development, Quality, or Human Resources.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Strong computer literacy and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all departments and foster a positive learning culture.
