Job Description
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES
ØDevelop
sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
ØCreate
business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
ØUnderstand
customers’ needs and propose appropriate solutions.
ØBe
able to demonstrate any of the products proposed to customers.
ØMaintain
and build relationships with existing and potential customers
ØCultivate
long-lasting relationships with customers (at all levels).
ØAchieve/exceed
sales target set by Management.
ØAnalyze
customer data and evaluate sales performance.
ØMonitor
competitors’ activities, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities.
ØResearch
and develop pricing strategies.
ØReview
and report activities and results to the Management on a weekly basis.
ØFollow
up with Management on all debtors and stock items on a weekly/monthly basis
REQUIREMENTS
ØDiploma
in Chemical Engineering or equivalent. (Optional)
ØAt
least 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and or the Chemical field.
ØExcellent
communication and organisation
skills /Fluent in English and French
(oral and written)
ØIT
proficient (knowledge of Microsoft Tools
/ ERP would be an advantage)
ØAbility
to work under pressure and respect deadlines
ØValid
driving License (Manual)
