The Teller is responsible for undertaking currency exchange transactions effectively and in compliance with company procedures, and KYC/CDD requirements. Key duties include cash handling, transaction processing, record maintenance, reporting operational issues, and ensuring adherence to security, operational, and employee conduct policies. Tellers are expected to provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate client records, support marketing and business development initiatives, train new employees, and perform additional responsibilities assigned by management. Higher-level duties may include coordinating cash-in-transit operations, banking activities, foreign currency transactions, cash transfers, and assisting with compliance reviews.
