Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual with outstanding customer service and communication skills, who thrives in people-focused environments and is motivated by results. You should be confident engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds in a professional, respectful, and personable manner. As an Admissions and Student Recruitment Officer, you will represent our institution with passion, professionalism, and integrity throughout the admissions journey. You will be the first point of contact for many of our prospective students and their families—both in person and through various communication channels. You must be fully fluent in both English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. We are looking for someone with an outgoing, confident personality who is ambitious, results-driven, and self-motivated, and who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be joining a small, collaborative team based at our green and welcoming Pierrefonds campus. As a key point of contact for prospective students at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, you must be a strong listener with the ability to understand and respond to the needs of diverse student profiles. A professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach is essential.

You should be:

  • Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
  • Open to learning and receptive to feedback
  • Tech-savvy, with a good command of digital tools (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms)
  • Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team

Previous experience or familiarity with the higher education sector would be a plus but not mandatory. We welcome applicants with transferable skills from other industries, provided they can demonstrate the mindset and competencies needed to excel in this role.
