We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our dynamic finance team in Moka. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within our organization and contribute to the financial success of our clients.

As an Accounts Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting our accounting and auditing services. Your expertise will help us maintain compliance with relevant regulations, while also providing insightful analysis that drives informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments
• Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate audits and tax preparations
• Provide support in budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Identify areas for process improvement within the accounting function

Your Profile:

• ACCA Level 1 or bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in an accounting role, preferably in a service-oriented environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
