Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:


-Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.

-Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working.

- Comply at all times with our standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.

-Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times

-Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.

- Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow employees and other departments within the hotel.

-Do all administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, typing etc.

- Assist management with monthly time-log for payroll.
-Dispatch guest request to the appropriate supervisor or employee.

- Ensure that the office is open on time.

- Have knowledge of emergency procedures and assist as needed.

- Be able to perform and complete all tasks and duties on the shift checklist in a timely and efficient manner.

EXPERIENCE:


At least 2 years in a similar position would be an advantage.

-Excellent planning, organizing and interpersonal skills.

-Proactive, creative, outgoing and outspoken personality

-Good Listener, able to react in all situations

-Fluent in English / French
