RESTAURANT TRAINING OFFICER

We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Restaurant Training Officer to support the development of restaurant teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Based in Moka, this full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others learn, perform confidently, and deliver excellent service every day.

In this position, you will work closely with restaurant staff to provide hands-on training, reinforce service standards, and support smooth daily operations. You will help new team members settle in, guide existing employees in their growth, and ensure that training activities are practical, consistent, and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering on-the-job training to restaurant team members
• Supporting onboarding and induction of new staff
• Demonstrating service standards, product knowledge, and work procedures
• Observing performance and providing constructive feedback
• Helping maintain a positive learning culture across the restaurant
• Working with supervisors to identify training needs and improve team capability

We are seeking someone with at least SC level education, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach. You should be confident interacting with staff at different levels, patient when coaching others, and organized enough to manage multiple training priorities. Previous experience in restaurant operations, customer service, or training will be an advantage, but a strong willingness to learn and support others is equally important.
