Skills / Experience / Qualifications Required:

• ACCA or LLB 
• Proven experience running compliance in a multi-jurisdictional business
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and statutory compliance
• Experience managing KYC processes and bank facilities/requests
• Experience with legal entity structuring
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage a small team

Job Description:

• Manage banking relationships, facilities and related requests
• Lead corporate governance across the group's legal entities
• Oversee KYC processes
• Manage legal entity structuring
• Process and track directorship changes
• Ensure statutory compliance across all jurisdictions
• Manage UBO filings
• Oversee tax filings and compliance
• Assist with transfer pricing compliance across entities
• Communicate compliance deadlines to relevant stakeholders
