We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
• Process and verify invoices, payments and supporting documents
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Follow up on outstanding accounting information where required
• Assist the Finance team with reports and month-end activities
• Ensure transactions are processed accurately and within established deadlines
• Support other accounting and administrative duties as required

Your Profile

• Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Previous experience in an accounting environment would be an advantage
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Strong sense of accuracy, confidentiality and responsibility
