RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and sell vehicles while identifying and understanding customers’ needs.
• Conduct negotiations and successfully close sales deals.
• Ensure effective and timely follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience in line with the Company’s procedures and standards.
• Achieve individual and team sales objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• SC/HSC or a Diploma in Sales, Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Ability to understand, explain and interpret the technical specifications and features of vehicles.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and sales closing skills.
• A valid and clean driving licence for private cars; additional driving licences will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.
