Job Description
Our client, based in Floréal, is currently looking for a Senior Credit Executive to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of clients, mainly SMEs.
- Understand clients’ financial needs and provide suitable financing solutions.
- Guide clients throughout the financing and credit application process.
- Review and follow up on credit and financing applications.
- Verify financial and administrative documents required for credit applications.
- Follow up on client files and ensure that all required information is available.
- Liaise with internal teams, including Credit, Risk, Operations and Compliance.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents and information.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Handle client queries and provide professional and timely assistance.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor credit-related matters and escalate potential risks or issues when required.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in Credit, Banking, Financial Services, Relationship Management or Client Services.
- Good understanding of credit assessment and financing processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to understand financial information.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client files and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience within the financial services or credit sector will be an advantage.
