About the Role

You will be the bridge between client stakeholders and delivery teams: technical enough to discuss APIs, SSO, SFTP, XML, and ERP data flows; consultative enough to keep decisions moving and milestones on track. This is a strong fit for someone from Cloud Support, Systems Integration, Systems Engineering, or DevOps who enjoys owning both the technical path and the client conversations.

Project Delivery & Consultative Ownership

• Consultative Requirements Engineering: Lead technical workshops with client IT Directors, Security Officers, Finance Executives or representatives to map workflows and align data exchange architectures.
• Milestone Ownership: Build, track, and execute project schedules to keep solution delivery for the Client on time.
• Change Management: Guide client teams through user acceptance testing, workflow updates, and training to ensure smooth platform adoption.

Technical Integration Responsibilities

• Configure and prepare the Client’s solution environment to implement functional requirements and workflows.
• Configure and validate APIs, endpoints, webhooks, and data synchronization between client business applications and the Client’s platforms.
• Implement SSO integrations by coordinating prerequisites and explaining authentication flows to client security teams.
• Set up secure data exchange using SFTP and XML file validation with ERP ecosystems into the Client’s solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues by reviewing logs, server responses, and data flow failures before escalating to development teams.

 Profile Requirements

• Must-haves:
• 2+ years managing software implementations, cloud deployments, or systems integrations in a client-facing environment.
• Experience dealing with stakeholders for requirement gathering, training, and consultative guidance.
• Experience in project management and ownership end-to-end.
• Practical understanding of REST APIs and how they operate in modern business applications.
• Ability to read, parse, and verify XML file structures.
• Hands-on experience configuring secure file exchange over SFTP.
• Familiarity with SSO and identity protocols such as SAML, OIDC, or OAuth.
• Nice-to-haves:
• Experience with ERP ecosystems such as Sage, NetSuite, SAP, or similar finance platforms.
• Exposure to accounts payable, e‑invoicing, or document dematerialization workflows.
• Soft Skills & Consultative Skills: Confidence leading technical discussions, simplifying complex integration concepts, managing stakeholder expectations, and turning requirements into clear action plans.

Note

Any knowledge of e‑invoicing and related financial concepts will be a plus. Additionally, any experience in the CCM sector or related technologies would be greatly appreciated.
