Job Description
We're an established local real estate agency looking for a full-time Real Estate Agent to join our team in Quatre Bornes.
We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and comfortable speaking with clients, owners, buyers, and tenants. The role involves property visits, follow-ups, CRM updates, and supporting rental and sales activity.
Training and support will be provided during the onboarding period.
Depending on the candidate’s profile, the role may focus mainly on rentals, sales, or a combination of both.
Main Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with buyer and tenant leads
- Communicate with clients and owners
- Schedule and attend property visits
- Confirm property and owner availability
- Assist with rental and sales listings
- Qualify buyers and tenants according to budget, criteria, and readiness
- Follow up after viewings
- Update CRM note after calls, messages, visits, and follow-ups
- Support rental or sales files until completion
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Professional and presentable
- Comfortable making calls and following up
- Confident communicating with clients and owners
- Able to manage several follow-ups at the same time
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, CRM, and basic computer tools
- Willing to follow internal procedures
- Motivated to learn and grow in real estate
Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but good communication, follow-up discipline, and reliability are very important.
Sales, customer service, hospitality, banking, insurance, or property experience are useful backgrounds.
Requirements
- Valid driving license
- Own car required for property visits
- Good communication skills in English and French
- Mileage allowance included for authorized business travel
Interview Process
The first interview will be conducted by video call. Suitable candidates may then be invited for an in-person interview.
