In this pivotal full-time position, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of animal care, and fostering an environment of collaboration and growth among all stakeholders. Your expertise will help shape our vision and mission, focusing on both animal welfare 

The ideal candidate holds  a doctor  of Veterinary Medicine ( DMV) or an equivalent degree in veterinary science and have a sound knowledge of CITES and logistics

You should lead and oversee the daily operations of the veterinary facility, ensuring highest standards of animal health, welfare, biosecurity and regulatory compliance. 

A passion for veterinary medicine, along with a commitment to continuous improvement  will be essential in this role.

Your Key Responsibilities will be as follows:

1.       Veterinary Sample Management

·       Equipment maintenance

·       Cleaning and organizing the Vet Centers

·       Designing and implementing procedures for equipment and the Vet Center

·       Developing knowledge on the use and operation of each piece of equipment

·       Budget/CAPEX management for equipment – ​​Monitoring files with the Procurement Manager and creating purchase request / reservations on SAP

2.      Serum Bank Management

·       Planning and organizing spinning

·       Monitoring corresponding files

·       Stock and temperature management

3.    Veterinary Sample Management

·       Planning and organizing microsamplers

·       File monitoring

·       Sending samples abroad – CITES, Logistics, Quotation tracking, etc.

4.      HVAW Assistant

·       Budget monitoring

·       Assisting the Vet Admin Assistant with pharmacy duties in their absence

·       Implementation In place of an administrative project in collaboration with the Assistant Vet Admin, specifically the improvement of the Vet Center and necropsy room.
