Supply Chain Executive

We are looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Executive to support procurement, logistics and inventory activities of the company. 

The successful candidate will coordinate the supply of products and equipment, working closely with suppliers, freight partners and internal teams to ensure that orders are delivered on time, at the right cost and in line with business and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders and follow up with local and overseas suppliers.
  • Obtain and compare quotations, lead times and commercial terms.
  • Coordinate shipments, freight forwarding, customs clearance and delivery.
  • Monitor outstanding orders and proactively address delays or supply issues.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing, shipping and inventory records.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage and distribution of equipment.
  • Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning and replenishment.
  • Verify supplier invoices and shipping documents before submission for payment.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Technical and Project teams to meet operational and customer requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain effective supplier relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports on orders, deliveries, stock and supply-chain performance.
  • Contribute to improvements in procurement, logistics and inventory processes.
  • Overview the supply chain aspect of Sales administration. 

Candidate profile

  • A diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory management or a related operational role would be an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable and able to work effectively with different teams.
  • Good written and spoken English and French.
