Role Overview
Looking for a creative and agile Videographer & Video Editor to support the production of video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, understands short-form as well as long-form video trends, and is able to shoot, edit and deliver engaging content adapted to brands, campaigns and online audiences.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically skilled, and creative, fast, curious and comfortable working in a dynamic agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn and digital campaigns.
- Capture lifestyle, product, corporate, event and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit short-form or long-form videos adapted to each platform.
- Create dynamic edits with strong hooks, pacing, transitions, subtitles and music.
- Adapt video formats for vertical, square and horizontal use.
- Work closely with the digital, creative and account management teams.
- Translate briefs and content ideas into engaging video concepts.
- Prepare videos for organic posting and boosted campaigns.
- Ensure video content is aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Manage video files, exports and project folders in an organised way.
- Stay updated on TikTok, Instagram Reels and social media video trends.
Preferred Profile
- Experience in video shooting and editing, ideally within an agency environment.
- Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Ability to shoot with camera and/or high-quality mobile setup.
- Strong editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
- Ability to add subtitles, music, transitions, effects and platform-native editing styles.
- Good visual sense, framing and storytelling ability.
- Understanding of social media formats and platform requirements.
- Ability to work quickly and respect deadlines.
- Creative mindset and willingness to propose ideas.
- Comfortable working with people, products, locations and clients.
