Telesales Agent (French Speaking)

We are looking for a confident, energetic Telesales Agent to join our growing team. You will be on the phone every day, reaching out to prospects both for our company and for our clients across a wide range of industries.

Your mission is simple and central: book qualified appointments. You open the conversation, spark interest, and secure the meeting. You are not expected to close sales, you are the first voice prospects hear and the reason they say "yes" to a meeting. This is a high-volume calling role, ideal for someone who loves being on the phone and isn't discouraged by a "no".

Your responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to prospects across various sectors
• Present our offer (and our clients' offers) clearly and convincingly
• Handle objections with confidence and keep the conversation moving
• Book qualified appointments and hand them over to the sales team
• Keep prospect records and call outcomes up to date in our tools
• Meet and exceed your daily and weekly appointment targets

What we're looking for

• Perfect spoken French : clear, professional and natural on the phone (required)
• English is a strong plus
• Comfortable and confident on the phone; you enjoy calling and are not afraid of high call volumes
• Resilient and positive : a "no" doesn't slow you down
• Persuasive, well-spoken and a good listener
• Reliable and self-disciplined (essential for work-from-home days)
• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, call centre or appointment setting is a plus, but the right attitude matters most
